APPOINTMENTS

To guarantee availability at your preferred time, always book ahead.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated, both in consideration of our other guests and team members, as well as making sure you receive the ultimate rejuvenating experience. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to get changed and register. In case of late arrival, the allocated time for the treatment might be reduced in the event of the following time slots being reserved.

SPA VOUCHERS

Spa vouchers are none refundable, none transferable and cannot be exchanged cash or other credits.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make a cancellation or date change, we request a minimum of 24-hours’ notice for any single service. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple or spa package cancellation. The full service will be charged on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.

GUEST PRE-TREATMENT FORM

Before your service, you might be required to complete a guest pre-treatment form for health and safety reasons, as well as your wellbeing and comfort and to avoid any injuries.

MOBILE PHONES

Please refrain from using your mobile phone during your visit to avoid disturbing others.

AGE REQUIREMENT

The Spa is an adult-oriented atmosphere; therefore, we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years, unless accompanied by a parent. Children under the age of 18 may need a signed waiver and/or accompaniment by a parent or adult guardian.
